Ok...I followed the instructions I received with my battery and mem card from you guys.
Install 4.0
Install 1.50 addon for 4.0
Install 5.00
Now, there's a folder named 150K_addon in my GAME folder, and a 150.pbp file on the root of the memory stick. The instructions said nothing about installing a 1.50 addon for 5.00m33, and the 150K_addon500 folder just shows up as corrupt data. Did the 1.50 addon for 4.00m33 carry over when I updated to 5.00m33?
I've got numerous emulators working quite well: SNES Euphoria, Scummvm, PCE, NesterP
....however, I can't for the life of me get PSPlayerMT to run. I've tried the old and new versions with no luck. I've tried placing the folders in GAME and in GAMES150. I mean...it's a pretty simple procedure...no different than the procedures for the emulators I've got running.
If I put the psplayermt's folders in GAME150 I get:
"The game could not be started. (80020148)"If put them into the GAMES folder I get the same message, but with the error code:
(8002014c)I have absolutely no idea why I'm having so much difficulty with this, and I wonder if it's because I don't have the 1.50 kernel addon for 5.00m33. Since I've gotten those emulators to run (all of them run in the GAME150 folder), I would think I do have it, but I'm now grasping for answers. I seem to be one of the only people on earth who CAN'T get this damn PSPlayerMT to run, and it's really starting to piss me off at this point.
By the way, I'm running a PSP fat (bought it the night it launched).
